Role Description The Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) will support the organization by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to campaigns, advocacy efforts, and community engagement. In this part-time, hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, the analyst will work both on-site and from home to prepare reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness. Typical tasks include compiling datasets from multiple sources, conducting basic statistical analysis, building simple data models, and presenting findings in clear, accessible formats to non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with campaign teams to identify key metrics, tracking performance over time, and helping to improve data quality and documentation. This position offers practical experience in social impact analytics within a supportive, learning-focused environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities to interpret datasets and generate meaningful insights.
