Data Intelligence Manager / Data Intelligence Specialist / Data Intelligence Consultant

Role Description Lead and support data intelligence initiatives by transforming enterprise data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and digital transformation. This role is responsible for developing data intelligence strategies, designing analytical frameworks, integrating data from multiple sources, and delivering business insights that improve organizational performance and competitive advantage. The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, product teams, finance, operations, and technology teams to develop scalable analytics solutions aligned with business objectives. The role also involves building dashboards and executive reports, developing data models, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing data governance practices, supporting artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning initiatives, optimizing enterprise reporting, enabling self-service analytics, and driving continuous improvements in enterprise data intelligence capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree is highly desirable. Proven experience in data intelligence, business intelligence, data analytics, data science, business analysis, enterprise reporting, management consulting, data engineering, or digital transformation roles. Strong understanding of data intelligence, business intelligence architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, lakehouse platforms, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, metadata management, master data management (MDM), data governance, and enterprise analytics. Advanced proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or Java for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics. Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, or similar business intelligence platforms. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, Apache Spark, or equivalent modern analytics platforms. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, predictive analytics, Generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), data visualization, automation technologies, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or dbt is highly desirable. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that support enterprise decision-making. Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for executives and cross-functional teams. Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation, cloud migration, AI adoption, performance management, customer analytics, financial analytics, operational intelligence, or organizational modernization initiatives is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Professional Data Engineer, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or equivalent analytics and cloud certifications are considered an advantage.
