What You'll Do
Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence
Communicate complex findings clearly to both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
Apply expertise in data governance to ensure compliance and integrity across highly regulated datasets
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models by providing domain-level guidance on healthcare and genomic data
Who You Are
Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights for clinical or scientific audiences
Comfortable collaborating with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
Detail-oriented, methodical, and confident making decisions that affect data quality and research outcomes
Able to work independently and asynchronously across a flexible, remote schedule
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI model training workflows or large language model (LLM) evaluation
Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical informatics
Experience communicating data strategy to executive or interdisciplinary audiences
