About the Role
About Us The Maggie Beer Foundation is a registered not-for-profit established by Maggie Beer AO in 2014. We work across Australia to improve the food experience for older people, supporting health, dignity, connection and wellbeing through collaboration with older people, carers, researchers, food experts, aged care teams and clinicians. We're looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team and help shape how we tell our story. The Role We're seeking an experienced and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing strategy and communications efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute campaigns that support our business goals. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies · Manage the organisation's brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms · Oversee content creation for digital, social media, PR, and internal communications · Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis · Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders · Manage the marketing budget and evaluate ROI on campaigns · Supervise and mentor marketing team member · Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy What We're Looking For · Experienced in marketing and communications, ideally in a similar role · Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics · Excellent project management and organisational skills · Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) What We Offer · Competitive salary: $130,000 plus super · Flexible working, DGR1 status, salary packaging · A collaborative and supportive team environment · Opportunity to make a real impact on our brand and growth How to Apply Please send your resume and a cover letter addressed to Jane Mussared, outlining your relevant experience to info@maggiebeerfoundation.org.au by Monday 3rd August 2026.
