About the Role
Sweet Peet Texas is a premium mulch brand for Texas home gardeners in a category that ofren lacks a strong social media presence. We’re looking for an intern who can bring direct-to-consumer marketing thinking to an industry that’s been overlooked.
Responsibilities:
• Define and help execute social media strategy across platforms
• Build and support a recurring content calendar
• Develop and run an influencer outreach strategy
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
•Apply DTC marketing approaches from categories like beauty, food, and home goods
Qualifications:
• Experience with or strong interest in DTC/consumer brand social media
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars and campaigns
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach, or strong interest in learning
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
• Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related degree program (for candidates seeking school credit)
