Supports in the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives within the plans of the assigned business units in order to support lead generation.
Key Functions
I. Marketing Implementation & Execution
Supports the execution of on-ground marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and business partners to ensure activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand and operational standards.
On-Ground Marketing Execution - Assist in the implementation of showroom events, mall displays, launches, roadshows, and other trade marketing activities by coordinating operational, logistical, and merchandising requirements to ensure smooth execution and a consistent customer experience.
Cross-Functional Project & Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, mall administrators, and business partners to track project timelines, follow up on deliverables, facilitate project requirements, and escalate implementation concerns as needed.
Field Operations & Vendor Coordination - Provide on-site support during marketing activities by coordinating vendors, monitoring event execution, managing project documentation, and ensuring activities are implemented according to approved quality, budget, timeline, and brand standards.
II. Experiential Marketing
Supports the execution of on-ground marketing initiatives by coordinating project requirements, stakeholders, vendors, and operational activities to deliver seamless brand experiences that drive customer engagement and business results.
On-Ground Marketing Execution - Assist in the implementation of showroom events, mall displays, roadshows, launches, and other experiential marketing activities by coordinating operational, logistical, and merchandising requirements to ensure successful execution.
Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, mall administrators, and business partners to monitor timelines, follow up on project deliverables, process quotations and permits, and support the timely implementation of marketing activities.
Field Operations & Activity Support - Provide on-site support during activations by coordinating event logistics, merchandising, vehicle deployment, and manpower. Monitor execution quality, escalate operational concerns, and help ensure activities are delivered according to approved standards, timelines, and budgets.
III. Administrative & Operational Management
Manages the operational and administrative requirements of marketing projects by coordinating suppliers, monitoring project documentation, and overseeing marketing assets to ensure timely execution and compliance with company processes.
Supplier & Project Administration - Coordinate supplier accreditation, quotations, purchase requests, contracts, billing, liquidation, and payment tracking to ensure projects are executed on schedule and in accordance with company policies.
Marketing Asset & Operational Management - Oversee the deployment, inventory, maintenance, pull-out, and disposal of marketing assets, ensuring all materials are available, properly utilized, and maintained across activations and dealerships.
Project Documentation & Compliance - Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including approvals, contracts, permits, project briefs, and supporting documents, while ensuring compliance with procurement, finance, and audit requirements.
IV.Brand & Distributor Coordination
Supports the implementation of distributor and OEM marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and dealership partners to ensure activities are executed according to approved timelines and brand standards.
1. Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate day-to-day marketing requirements with distributors, internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and dealership teams. Track project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and support the timely execution of marketing activities.
Marketing Program Implementation - Assist in the implementation of distributor-led campaigns, product launches, showroom events, mall displays, and other experiential marketing initiatives. Coordinate logistical and operational requirements to ensure smooth on-ground execution.
Brand Compliance & Project Monitoring - Support the monitoring of marketing materials and on-ground executions to ensure compliance with OEM brand guidelines, approved timelines, and project deliverables. Escalate implementation concerns and provide execution updates to the Marketing Coordinator or Trade Marketing Lead.
Qualifications
Education - College Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Communication
Relevant Experience - More than 2-3 year working experience in BTL agencies, logistics and implementation team.
