AWS and Var Bonus Good Career Development About the Role Combine data analysis and marketing leadership to build the foundational datasets and insights that drive sales analysis and market development using Microsoft, SAP, and Keyence software. Responsibilities Build and maintain the datasets and reports that define sales direction. Turn those data-driven insights into targeted marketing and sales actions and guide and execute those initiatives. Lead integrated B2B marketing activities — promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement — and guide the marketing team toward measurable growth. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Required Skills Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau; experience building reports and dashboards. Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus. Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive level. Proven, data-driven marketing, campaign executive, and lead-generation experience. Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution. Preferred Skills Proactive in proposing ideas for sales performance improvement. Curious to investigate the reasons behind any outcomes. Purpose-driven mindset, always questioning the 'why' behind actions.
