We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Trade Marketing Associate to join our Consumer OTC Category team in St Leonards.
Reporting to the Category & Channel Strategy Manager, you'll play an integral role in bringing our trade marketing plans to life by coordinating retailer activations, point-of-sale (POS) materials, retailer digital and catalogue assets and trade conferences. Working closely with Category, Sales, Marketing and external agency partners, you'll help ensure our trade marketing activities are delivered on time, to a high standard and with a focus on driving the best outcomes for our brands, customers and shoppers.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the execution of retailer and shopper marketing campaigns across Aspen's Consumer OTC portfolio.
Manage trade artwork for retailer catalogues, digital platforms and below-the-line (BTL) activations, from briefing through to execution.
Coordinate POS production, sampling programs and maintain the trade activity calendar.
Coordinate the planning and delivery of the APP Conference and trade conferences.
Partner with Category Managers and National Account Managers to track campaign performance, competitor activity and provide insights to support future trade marketing initiatives.
Process supplier invoices and support trade budget tracking and reconciliation.
Administer SKU Vantage and provide reporting, data management and administrative support to the Category team.
About You:
You're an organised and proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll also bring:
Experience in trade marketing, marketing, category, sales support or marketing administration, ideally within FMCG, retail or consumer healthcare.
Strong organisational, project coordination and communication skills.
The ability to build effective relationships across Sales, Marketing, Category and external partners.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with SKU Vantage, CRM or similar business systems and tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
