About the Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly technical and hands-on Marketing Automation Lead to build, manage, and optimize our outbound GTM infrastructure and multi-channel prospecting systems.
This role is not focused on traditional inbound or digital marketing. We are specifically looking for someone with strong outbound automation expertise who can independently build scalable outbound engines using modern prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and workflow automation tools.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Sales and Growth teams through outbound prospecting systems, workflow automation, CRM architecture, and signal-based campaign orchestration.
You should be comfortable owning the technical setup and execution of outbound campaigns end-to-end — from targeting and enrichment to sequencing, automation, routing, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound GTM Automation & Campaign Execution
Build and manage automated outbound campaigns across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, phone, SMS, and direct mail
Design and optimize multi-touch outbound cadences based on prospecting signals and buying intent
Launch and manage outbound sequences using tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot Sequences, Lemlist, or similar platforms
Support Sales teams by building scalable outbound prospecting infrastructure and workflows
Create outbound playbooks including scripts, templates, cadences, objection handling, and outreach workflows
CRM & Workflow Automation
Own and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, sequences, pipeline stages, routing, and data hygiene
Design and maintain automation workflows using N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Integrate multiple outbound, enrichment, and CRM systems to streamline prospecting and campaign operations
Build automated workflows for lead routing, enrichment, engagement tracking, and campaign enrollment
Prospecting, Enrichment & Signal-Based Targeting
Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Juicebox, or similar platforms
Execute data enrichment and waterfall enrichment workflows to improve targeting accuracy and personalization
Identify and operationalize outbound signals such as:
hiring activity
funding events
website visits
technology usage
LinkedIn engagement
buying intent indicators
Use AI tools and automation to improve prospecting, personalization, and outbound efficiency
Deliverability & Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize email deliverability, inbox reputation, and outbound infrastructure health
Manage domain warm-up, inbox rotation, throttling, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, and bounce management best practices
Track campaign performance metrics including reply rates, conversion rates, meeting bookings, and pipeline generation
Continuously test and optimize messaging, workflows, sequences, and targeting strategies
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
Proven hands-on experience building and managing outbound GTM or sales automation systems
Strong experience with HubSpot CRM including workflows, sequences, automation, pipeline management, and data hygiene
Experience executing multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SMS, phone, and related channels
Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting and automation tools such as:
Clay
Apollo
Instantly
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
HeyReach
DuxSoup
Prosp.io
Smartlead
Lemlist
or similar tools
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar
Experience with data enrichment, lead scraping, and outbound targeting workflows
Strong understanding of outbound email deliverability and domain management best practices
Experience using AI tools for prospecting, personalization, and outbound workflow automation
Preferred Background
Experience in B2B SaaS, outsourcing, offshoring, lead generation, RevOps, or growth operations environments
Exposure to Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
Experience supporting SDR, Sales, or Business Development teams
Experience building outbound infrastructure from scratch or scaling existing outbound systems
