We’re looking for someone experienced, steady and passionate about digital marketing done properly and ready to lead a team to do the same.
What you’ll be responsible for
You’ll lead how our digital marketing works across the organisation, not just running channels but making sure everything fits together and improves over time.
At a high level, you’ll:
Deliver the 12‑month digital roadmap
Lead and support a team of 5 specialists across edm, web and paid media
Make sure our email, website and campaigns work together, not in silos
Oversee how we use customer and behavioural data to improve communication and engagement
Manage agency partners and digital budgets with a focus on value and outcomes
What you’ll be doing day to day
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be across both direction and delivery.
You’ll spend your time:
Improving how we use our CRM (Dynamics 365) to manage journeys, email and SMS
Driving optimisation of our ecosystem of websites ensuring they are clear, accessible and easy to use (DA, NDSS and program sites) whilst working towards best-in-class CX
Overseeing paid media activity (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and how it performs
Making sure we’re tracking the right things and using data to guide decisions
Evolving our digital data and reporting capabilities to drive maturity
Supporting your team with priorities, feedback and removing roadblocks
Working closely with internal teams to keep everything aligned and practical
It’s about consistency, clarity and steady improvement.
What you’ll bring
You don’t need to know everything; however, you do need solid experience, good judgement and the ability to lead.
We’re looking for someone who has:
10+ years in digital marketing across email, web, paid media and analytics
Experience owning or shaping digital strategy, not just delivering campaigns
Confidence interpreting data and performance metrics to guide decisions
Strong experience leading people and teams, with a supportive and practical style
The ability to manage competing priorities without overcomplicating things
Most importantly, you care about doing the job well and you bring others along with you.
