Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer (Content + Design)

About the Role We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketer who blends strong graphic design skills with sharp content creation abilities. In this hybrid role, you'll be the creative engine behind our marketing collateral, email campaigns, and brand communications — designing everything from flyers to newsletters while producing engaging, high-quality content. What You'll Do Design polished marketing collateral including flyers, business cards, folders, and other branded print and digital assets Plan, design, and build email marketing campaigns and newsletters from concept to delivery Create compelling written content for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) to research, draft, and refine content efficiently Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communications Collaborate with the team to translate marketing goals into creative deliverables Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders What We're Looking For Proven experience in graphic design for print and digital collateral (flyers, business cards, folders, etc.) Hands-on experience designing email campaigns and newsletters Strong content creation and copywriting skills Proficiency with AI content tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal A keen eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during the evening shift Availability to work 8 hours a day, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PST, Monday through Friday Nice to Have Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar email platforms Experience with social media content and scheduling Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance Why Join Us Hybrid work flexibility based in Karachi Opportunity to shape brand creative from the ground up Work with cutting-edge AI tools in a modern marketing workflow Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment Ready to bring ideas to life?
