Multimedia Designer - Financial Services
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Brand Designer to join the Brand & Marketing team and drive digital design excellence across regional and local markets. This role will be responsible for strengthening brand consistency through creative design, multimedia content creation, and visual storytelling across digital channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping digital brand experiences, developing engaging content, and supporting the evolution of design standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop high-quality digital brand assets, including marketing collaterals, multimedia content, and digital campaign materials.
Lead creative concept development, art direction, storyboard creation, content ideation, and visual storytelling initiatives.
Manage photo and video production processes, including pre-production planning, editing, and post-production.
Design and produce motion graphics, digital content, and multimedia assets for various marketing and branding initiatives.
Support the development and maintenance of digital design standards, processes, and brand guidelines.
Provide day-to-day design support to regional and local marketing teams.
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital channels and customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver creative solutions and marketing assets.
Present and communicate creative concepts, design rationale, and visual direction to stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital design, multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, or related creative disciplines.
Experience working in a creative agency and/or in-house marketing environment.
Proven experience with content creation, digital campaigns, and brand asset development.
Hands-on experience with photo and video production, editing, and content creation.
Practical experience utilizing Generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows and content development.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and related design applications.
Experience creating motion graphics and basic animations.
Strong understanding of digital content creation, brand storytelling, and multimedia production.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles is an advantage.
Ability to leverage AI-driven tools and technologies in design and content creation processes.
