About the Role
About Ordinary Folk Ordinary Folk is a consumer healthcare company building a better way for people across Asia to manage their health. Through Noah, our men's health brand, and Zoey, our women's health brand, we have served more than 200,000 users across Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. We support people across conditions including sexual health, hair loss, weight management, hormonal health and fertility. Many of these are chronic or recurring conditions that require ongoing care, yet treatment can still feel difficult, fragmented or uncomfortable to access. We use technology to bring consultations, treatment, pharmacy fulfilment and continued support into one seamless experience, making it easier for patients to get care and stay on it. We are building towards a future where high-quality healthcare is more accessible, personalised and continuous. Our ambition is to become the leading consumer healthcare company in Asia, helping millions of people take better control of their long-term health. Japan is one of our most important growth markets. We are investing in building trusted local brands, a stronger patient experience and a creative function that can shape how a new generation of consumers engages with healthcare. About the Role We are looking for a multidisciplinary Content Producer who can help define how Noah and Zoey come to life in Japan. You will work across static design, short-form video, motion, email and web, taking creative from the initial brief through to the finished asset. You will partner closely with a Creative Strategist and our Japan marketing team to turn local customer insight into creative ideas that feel relevant, credible and culturally fluent. You will help establish the visual language, production standards and creative systems for the market. The challenge is both creative and commercial. You may be finding a more human way to discuss a sensitive health condition, turning a complex treatment journey into something immediately understandable or creating work that earns attention without compromising trust. Because Japan is still an early-stage market for us, your influence will extend well beyond individual assets. The templates, systems and creative decisions you make will become part of the foundation on which the brand grows. You will have meaningful ownership, direct exposure to performance and the opportunity to help build a major consumer healthcare brand from the ground up.
