Hiring: Solution Designer – Telecom CRM & POS Location: Singapore Employment Type: Contract We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer with strong expertise in Telecom CRM & POS to join a leading telecom project. Mandatory Skills ✅ 3+ years of experience in Solution Design for Telecom CRM & POS ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Java, APIs, APIGEE, Microservices, and Spring Framework ✅ Experience designing scalable CRM & POS solutions and integrating with Billing, Finance, Inventory, Receivables, and Customer Engagement platforms ✅ Strong knowledge of System Integration, API-based architecture, and enterprise applications ✅ Experience in requirements analysis, solution architecture, production support, troubleshooting, and data migration ✅ Ability to lead solution workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills ✔ Telecom BSS/Billing domain experience ✔ Consumer Billing, Charging & Rating, Batch Processing ✔ Experience with China Vendor BSS Products ✔ Telecom Order Management & Customer Lifecycle Management 📧 If you're interested or know someone who fits this role, please send your profile or tag suitable candidates in the comments.
