Back-End Developer Hybrid (Makati)

Back-End Developer Location: Makati City (Onsite) Schedule: Monday to Friday Hybrid Shift In This Role, You Are Responsible For: As a Back-End Developer, you will design, build, and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and core application programming interfaces (APIs) that power the firm's internal platforms and digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with front-end teams and system architects to ensure secure, high-performing, and seamlessly integrated software infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Architecture and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure server-side logic and database structures. Development, testing, and deployment of clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code. Creation and integration of secure APIs and web services to support front-end and third-party systems. Performance optimization of backend services to manage high data volumes and minimize latency. Identification, troubleshooting, and debugging of system issues to maintain continuous operational stability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. Proven experience as a Back-End Developer using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#. Strong expertise in database management systems, including both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions. Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful services, and modern security protocols. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control tools like Git.
