Salesforce Developer Location: Makati City Schedule: Monday to Friday Shift In this role, you are responsible for: As a Salesforce Developer, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by designing, coding, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, optimize existing workflows, and maintain the integrity of our core systems to drive digital efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components. Build and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and external business applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Configure Salesforce standard automation tools including Flow Builder, validation rules, and custom objects. Perform routine platform maintenance, data migrations, system debugging, and security troubleshooting. Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical workflows. Conduct code reviews, implement unit tests, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure platform scalability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Proven experience working as a Salesforce Developer with deep technical knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and LWC. Hands-on experience building custom web services and handling API integrations. Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and sharing rules. Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
