Description Of Services
Our client is seeking a CSOD Reporting 2.0 Developer to support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytics within the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Reporting 2.0 platform.
This is a short-term engagement (approximately 2 months ) supporting an existing Cornerstone OnDemand implementation. The consultant will work with client stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance in-application reporting and dashboard solutions that provide meaningful business insights.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Cornerstone Reporting 2.0 , understand CSOD data structures, and be able to translate business reporting requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Cornerstone OnDemand Reporting 2.0.
Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
Create dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports within the CSOD platform.
Develop custom filters, calculated fields, and report logic to meet business needs.
Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Optimize report performance and usability.
Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business users to deliver reporting solutions.
Document report specifications and provide knowledge transfer as needed.
Support report enhancements and issue resolution during the engagement.
Desired Skills And Qualifications
Experience developing reports within Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Reporting 2.0 .
Strong understanding of Cornerstone OnDemand data structures and reporting capabilities.
Experience creating dashboards and executive reporting.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
Experience validating report accuracy and troubleshooting reporting issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or Talent Management platforms is preferred.
Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence concepts.
